Available on all bookings for 2021
If any of the following takes place:

  • Your holiday park is closed due to coronavirus
  • UK Government restrictions are placed on travel due to coronavirus.
  • You or a member of your party have been told to self-isolate, or have any Covid-19 symptoms

With our guarantee, you can choose to:

  • Move your holiday to another date without any administration charge.
  • Put your plans on hold until you decide on a new date within 12 months from date of original booking
  • Cancel your holiday – our normal cancellation policy applies.

If you or a member of your party have been told to self-isolate, or have any Covid-19 symptoms, please inform us as soon as possible and DO NOT come on your holiday to our park.

You must advise us before 12.00 midday on the day before you are due to arrive if you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 symptoms. We are unable to defer/amend any bookings after this date.

Whilst we are doing everything possible to keep guests and staff safe, it is important that you and all your party take all necessary measures to observe the social distancing rules, wear face masks, sanitize/wash hands when required to do so and protect themselves and others at all times.
